We buy and sell on online.  we find that 60% of emails or calls we received from our customers are simply asking the tracking number of their packages.  Our buyers either don't check their emails. or the emails are caught by their spam filter.  Because when we ship a single order, we update the tracking number and courier in Paypal, paypal in turn will send emails to our buyers for the updated information.  Unfortunately, this just doesn't work.  We spend many many hours on this.  Sometimes an impatient customer leaves negative feedback to us if he doesn't get a answer from us within 24 hours.  This is really bad.

The problem with this model is, if the customers don't find information they need, they will go ask you.  You end up spending money and time in answering their emails or calls, but you customers are still not happy.  Because there is a turn around time and cost associate with that.

Thus we have this idea of having a centralized repository contains all the tracking information for our customers, whenever they need, just visit this repository and do a query.  Our customers are now very happy with this service, because there is no delay, the service is available 24/7.

Since we now have the system ready, we have decied to provide this service to public for free of charge.
